It can be difficult navigating all of the resources available to you. What do you qualify for? What is best for you? Our partners can help you navigate and access community resources, such as affordable housing, employment, food, treatment, ect.
need shelter/housing?
People experiencing homelessness or have unstable housing are able to access short-term housing with our partners, or get help finding affordable housing.
need employment?
Our partners can help empower you to find employment through various workforce-development programs. Our resource navigation partners above are also able to find you other opportunities.
