Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC), is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports within the Greater Kalamazoo area that aim to improve the quality of life for those with or at risk of substance addiction and mental health conditions. ROSC is person-centered and builds on the strengths and resiliencies of individuals, families, and communities to sustain recovery and improve health and wellness.
There are many pathways to recovery, and everyone’s journey is not the same. ROSC accounts for the needs of those seeking recovery, such as: family wellness, employment, housing, legal issues, employment, physical health, spirituality, peer relationships, and more. We believe that helping people build individual, social, and community supports for long-term change is what helps people on their journey to recovery.
Please explore the resources and agencies available within ROSC. If you need help navigating the system, immediate assistance is available through 211. When you dial 2-1-1 you will speak with a community resource advisor who will work with you to find the services that are available to you where you live. When you call, you can ask about recovery coaches as an option to provide one-on-one support.
