Join Restorative Justice trainers Molly Mechtenberg and Ruth Garcia in a virtual Restorative Justice Conferencing training. This training will cover restorative philosophy, informal skillset building, bias and school-to-prison pipeline examination, and all the necessary components of leading a restorative conference in your school, community, or workplace.

The final day of the training will review the use of restorative and community building circles as an effective and relational tool in a variety of settings. This training will be instructive as well as interactive and experiential. Participants will be required to role play their conferencing skills in order to receive their certificate of completion.

*Please note the extended session times on session 6 and 7 to allow for role play and valuable practice time.
