Emergency Financial Assistance Network (EFAN) is a quarterly forum that allows providers to meet, discuss, and learn about emergency services that primary providers have to offer to those in the community.

EFAN is free and open to new and experienced primary providers who coordinate services to provide a pathway for participants to access services.

Topics for discussion are based upon the relevant season and include:

  • housing

  • medical/dental/mental health

  • food

  • utilities/housing

  • COVID-19
