Community Information Exchange (CIE) is a person-centered service that unites a network of Service Providers to address social and system barriers to services. The system was created as an interoperable data system to assess needs, facilitate referrals and care coordination, and document interventions and assistance for the health and social services sector to harness real-time data for proactive community care planning.

Responsible for conducting school-based restorative justice with a transformative lens. The Transformative Justice Facilitator will be responsible for collaborating with schools to implement restorative practices including circles, conferencing, and restorative truancy diversion. This position will also serve as Community Information Exchange (CIE) Navigators.

The Community Intervention Specialist provides culturally aware support and guidance to individuals involved in the Justice Lifted Diversion program. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and facilitating access to resources and services aimed at preventing recidivism and promoting positive behavioral change. The specialist works closely with youth and their family, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of diversion strategies and support systems. This role also includes facilitating restorative justice and conflict transformation processes to resolve disputes and promote healing within the community. The position requires a compassionate, proactive, and strategic approach to problem-solving and community engagement.

The Marketing & Event Specialists responsible for the marketing and advertising efforts, including digital, print, content writing, and more. This position will also manage major fundraising events. The Marketing & Event Specialist shall have creative energy, an entrepreneurial spirit and be committed to deepening relationships with our audience. 

The Resource Manager is responsible for all activities pertaining to Gryphon Place 2-1-1’s database of community resources. They are also responsible for supervising Gryphon Place’s presence in the community as it pertains to disaster preparedness and disaster response.
